It is a rural cottage in typical Tuscan style, approximately 14 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina and 2 km far from Montescudaio.

The cottage is nestled within a large park filled with centuries-old holm oaks, pines and wonderful oaks. A true haven for a peaceful holiday, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is built entirely of stone and is completely enclosed by a wooden fence. You can enjoy breathtaking views on the Tuscan hills, and a cool, shaded spot beneath the large trees. The large outdoor area is perfect for children to play in.

It can be accessed from the porch. There is a living room with a kitchenette (electric induction hob, fridge-freezer, small electric oven and washing machine); the living area features a double sofa bed and a fireplace. The kitchen leads out to the back garden.

Both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom have access to the garden.
